I have been living and working in East London as a Freelance Illustrator since my graduation from the University College of the Creative Arts in 2006. I have worked for several directors as a storyboard and concept artist and have also worked closely with various authors on graphic novels and illustrated books.

I am a true illustrator at heart and I take great pride in working to tight deadlines to produce professional quality finishes and competent representation. My style of work is fast, clean cut, bold and instantly recognisable; as such, I am particularly well suited to storyboarding for advertising, music videos and film productions.

I am friendly, easy going, confident and respectful of people’s ideas and visions. I am adept at following direct interpretations of a theme or rough sketch but I am also very creative and often able to help directors or authors to visualise changes which enhance their original ideas.

I'm great fun to be around but serious about my job and always open to suggestions about improvements or alterations to a work in progress.

I have worked on several personal projects for illustrated stories and novels and find it impossible to escape my love of mythology and the fantastical. The storybooks that I read as a child inspired me to become an artist and I long to bring some of that innocent magic back into the world.
I mainly work in pen and ink, although I have always had a reputation for my love of ballpoint pens. I am comfortable working in most traditional mediums and am finally finding my feet in the world of Photoshop and Illustrator.

Stoyboards, illustrations or specific commissions are priced based on the complexity, volume and detail of the work required.
